First of all:

First reason.- Why were you insulting me? I don't know who you are dude, i don't know too how old are u but if you're under 16 years old keep in mind that you can't go insulting people randomly. Proof: https://i.imgur.com/aZmw8wQ.png

Second reason.- /report is not a cmd to let someone know to check forums or another similar information. Use /report when you're reporting "so obvious" someone who's going against the rules. To other issues use /pm id text or send a PM on forum. Proof: https://i.imgur.com/KoqNpzh.png
